MY HORSE organizer Account and Data Deletion

Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open MY HORSE organizer.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Open the More or Account area.
4. Select "Delete account and data".
5. Confirm deletion. For security, the app may ask you to sign in again before deletion.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to:

Please include the email address used for your MY HORSE organizer account. We may ask for additional confirmation to protect the account from unauthorized deletion.

Data Deleted

When account deletion is completed, the following account-associated data is deleted from the app's cloud systems where it exists:

• Firebase Authentication account.
• Horse profiles and horse-related notes.
• Training sessions, calendar events, tasks, nutrition, farrier, health and wellbeing records.
• Documents, PDFs, photos and videos stored in the user's cloud storage area.
• Feedback and exercise submissions associated with the user where deletion is supported.
• Notification, calendar sync, quick access and app preference records stored for the user.

Data That May Be Retained

Some limited information may be retained if required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, billing or dispute-resolution purposes. If subscriptions are enabled, Google Play may retain purchase records according to Google Play policies.

Timing

In-app deletion is processed immediately when possible. Email requests are reviewed and processed as soon as reasonably possible, usually within 30 days after identity confirmation.
